Opportunity:
Optimera seeks an AdOps Manager to join our growing team. We are a successful, early stage publishing technology company that has grown 10X over the past five years. This is an opportunity to originate the AdOps role and add to our success.

The AdOps Manager will be responsible for creating additional value for customers by recommending and applying Optimera’s data to campaigns in order to achieve advertiser KPIs including Viewability, CTR, Time-In-View, Contextual Alignment, and Brand Safety. 

Responsibilities:

  • Seek opportunities for our publisher partners to improve advertiser performance by applying Optimera’s optimizations
  • Study and analyze data
  • Identify patterns among customers and propose ideas and solutions that will benefit all and inform Optimera’s feature releases and product roadmap
  • Collaborate and communicate with the Optimera team to provide value for our customers

Necessary Skills and Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager
  • Experience trafficking digital ads
  • Interest in and ability to read large data sets, draw conclusions, and create actions from them
  • Strong organizational skills to stay on top of client deadlines
  • Collaboration skills; we are small but mighty and promote open communication, collaboration and idea generation
  • Comfort using data to drive decision making
  • Sense of urgency, especially when customer revenue is at stake 
  • Strong communicator, especially in writing, with various roles and levels of management among customers 
  • A passion for publishing and disrupting the status quo
  • Familiarity and ease with Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of project management/ticketing systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
